Flare-up
Something I have not had for a while and have enjoyed 2 years pretty clear of problems. Yesterday after feeling off balance, completely tired, scuffing feet, drunk frrling and spaced out I managed to get myself to doctors. After 30 minutes of being checked over and examined doctor confirmed fears that I was having a flare-up of my MS symptoms. This could not have happened at such a bad moment with college starting next week as well as dealing with family stuff. Got to say this time it is hard wether to pin this down to stress, weather, or doing to much. Only next few days will tell how this will pan out so i am fingers crossed.

Stress levels high
Have had a bad week since coming back from Annual camp caused by some immature adults who like to cause as much problems as possible, they have caused me loads of stress and then I am expected to sit in a room with the guy who is causing the stress. So unfortunately for my health I have left the Army cadets as an adult instructor and hope that I dont suffer a relapse because of it.
Problem with MS you can be so easily seseptable to problems and now feel really depressed. Why is it people enjoy making other peoples lives a misery.

Pusjing the boundaries
Been away for 10 days with the army cadets, this has really pushed the bounadries of my MS as food is not the best outside and sleeping on uneven ground is poor. By second day was suffering obvious signs of fatigue and had to have some of my kit returned to camp as was unable to carry it.
Attempted climbing wall but by the time i got hald way up my arms had done all they could, and once down found I had very limited use in my arms and hands. Now i been back for al,ost 7 days and still finding that I am falling asleep alot Fatigue and tiredness still a major factor with back to falling asleep in the afternoon. but it has been an experience.

Busy
Yep I have been so busy that i have forgot to blog, family life is always busy especially with 4 children. On the MS side getting really annoyed with nerve pains in my left leg which is a concern as I know i have muscle problems on the same leg, but while it works I shall walk.
Injection day again tomorrow, someone on a MS forum gave me a tip about taking Ibuprofen to reduce side effects so will give that a try tomorrow.

Injection day
Its that time of week when I have to lead upto my injection. Dont know why but my mind always seems to go into a rejection stage, each week now I find that I have to get injection ready really quick so I dont have the time to process the thoughts.
I wonder is it because I have to go through a miserable day tomorrow with the side affects of the injection, Even though a take it before going to bed to avoid most of affects I still wake up with a thick head. Or sometimes I wake up in the night hot and shaking. Anyway its getting to that time so goodnight.
